This Vintage 1948 16ft Airstream Wee Wind Travel Trailer is believed to be one of a half dozen left in existence in the original condition. It has been in our family since 1950. The Wee Wind model was produced for only 2 years and it is estimated that only 100 were ever assembled. According to the serial number 3002 this particular trailer was the second WEE WIND to roll off the assembly line. The trailer has a dry weight of an est. 1000 lbs and a hitch weight of 80 lbs. The Wee Wind was considered the first modern post-war 16ft Airstream travel trailer.
