All appliances and electric in working order. Serviced professionally before and after winter freeze. New, top quality tires with < 2K miles. Acme 3000 high-power jack. Reese weight-distribution hitch and sway bar. We purchased from second owner, then took our family of 4 (girls 6 and 7) around the US for 4 months in 2008 on 10K mile trip.
